 At Michigan Recreation Rentals, the safety and enjoyment of our renters are our top priorities. To ensure a smooth and responsible experience, we provide all the necessary waivers, agreements, and how-to guides right here for easy access. All renters are required to review and sign these documents prior to their rental day to confirm compliance with state, county, and lake-specific boating regulations. 

Before hitting the water, please take the time to review and complete the following documents: 

• Boating Waiver 
  This waiver covers essential safety and liability requirements for operating watercraft. It ensures that renters acknowledge and understand the risks associated with boating and agree to follow all safety guidelines. 
  
• Rental Agreement 
  Our rental agreement outlines the terms of your rental, including care for equipment, return policies, and any fees associated with damages or late returns. This agreement ensures a clear understanding of responsibilities between Michigan Recreation Rentals and our valued customers. 
  
• Safety Procedures and Compliance 
  All renters must agree to adhere to Michigan state and county boating regulations and respect the rules of the lake where they plan to operate. This includes observing all speed limits, no-wake zones, and local lake guidelines, which are in place to keep you and fellow boaters safe.

  For your convenience, we offer comprehensive how-to guides that cover the operation of our Sea-Doo Switch pontoon boats and jet skis.
